I am pleased to write my honest thoughts here, as I received an advance copy to test-run The Love Yourself Challange.

I often find self-help books to be somewhat burdensome in the exercises- expecting leaps when I'm only ready for skips. Lita's advice and encouragement on each day feels as if I'm getting a nice note from a friend, with small (but very helpful!) exercises that even the busiest of us has time for. The challenges that are tougher or more time and energy consuming are spread out, and she is reassuring with each one.

If you are struggling with your self-worth or importance, Lita is here to take your hand. You are worth it and valuable!
I got an advanced copy free for my honest opinions. I love it! I did a few of the challenges and they all made me smile. I think this would be a great read and challenge for anyone working on loving themselves more. The challenges, at least for me, were tough in the sense of not thinking "yeah, nice lie" as I appreciated myself in the mirror or whatnot, but not tough in the "I can't actually do this, the author is crazy to think I have the time/means/etc to do this" like some books like this can be. I hope everyone who reads this grows to love themselves more!!
I was able to get an advanced copy of "The Love Yourself Challenge" in exchange for my honest feelings about it. Honestly, I LOVE it! Lita has a way of writing that truly reaches my soul. The Challenge is easy to read and has touches of humor thrown in that make it a delightful means of "love yourself" discovery. I wasn't sure what to expect from the Challenge, as most "self discovery" books are worded so technical or clinical that it sounds more like someone demanding me to do an exercise. Lita's is just the opposite, she makes you want to do the daily items thanks to her "Hey, I've been there" feelings that come through in the book. I highly recommend it!
Not a bad book. More so just suggestions to keep you motivated and focused during the 30 days. Easy, quick read
